Richard Lawlor
Richard Lawlor is a Dublin based visual artist, specialising in copper plate etching. He is a member of the graphic studio who has exhibited nationally and internationally. Lawlor's work is figurative and draws heavily from photography and film.
Creating ethereal dreamscapes laden with foreboding that have no beginnings or end. Richard’s work grapples with the themes of human relationships, isolation and performance.
Since he graduated in Fine Art print from Dun Laoghaire College, Design and Technology, he has been in several group shows since including the Royal Ulster Academy where his print ‘The Warren’ first introduced the artist to us and our collection
