Lisa Ballard
We are thrilled to have some works for sale by Lisa, there is a selection of small original paintings available now in the gallery shop. An Associate Member of the Royal Ulster Academy of Arts, Ballard is primarily known for her emotive paintings of landscapes.
Along with finding inspiration in the landscape that surrounds her at home in Ireland, Lisa has found traveling to be invaluable in her personal exploration into painting as a medium, supplying new ideas, always changing and challenging. Most recently the dramatic and beautiful winter landscape of Iceland and the expansive American desert have drawn her in, the colours, scale and light so vividly different to Ireland
Mary O’Connor
Wexford born, Mary now lives in Dublin. She studied at TU Dublin, Chelsea College of Art in London, and in New Zealand. She has exhibited regularly in group exhibitions including the Royal Academy London, RHA Annual Exhibition in Dublin, RUA Annual Exhibition in Belfast and in the Drouot, Paris. We are delighted to offer for sale a selection of Mary’s work - which often features recurrent shapes, forms, and layers of colours that emerge as abstract compositions. The elegant works are made using bold abstract geometric designs and a strong colour palette
